Unicorn Developments is a student accommodation project focused on the design of shared communal areas within a high-density residential scheme.

My role covered interior design development, furniture specification, and CGI visualisation, with emphasis on clear spatial organisation, durable material selection, and functional layouts suited to everyday student use.

CGI was used to test atmosphere, layout efficiency, and material balance, supporting design development and client approvals across the communal spaces.
