Project Type: F&B Interior Design - CGI
Client: Santorini Airport (via Adamidis Architects)
Role: Interior Designer - Lead CGI Specialist
Arch is the main restaurant concept at Santorini Airport, developed alongside the Petra food stall as part of a unified food and beverage strategy. While Petra was conceived as a compact, fast-service offer, Arch was designed as the primary dining destination, with a stronger spatial presence and extended dwell time.
The design draws directly from local Cycladic architecture, translating arched geometries, solid forms, and tactile surfaces into a contemporary airport setting. Material selection and texture played a central role in establishing identity, using restrained tones and robust finishes to create a calm, recognisable environment within the intensity of the terminal.
My role focused on interior design development and lead CGI, producing high-fidelity visualisations to define materiality, lighting, and spatial atmosphere. The CGI was used as a design and coordination tool, ensuring alignment between concept intent and execution, and maintaining visual continuity between Arch and Petra.
